GENERAL INFORMATION:
Guild volunteer services will provide training and lunches. Volunteers working for 16 hours or more are invited to enjoy the Saturday evening barbecue and auction with the racing teams at the track. Volunteers applications will be considered on a first come, first served basis. All volunteers will be required to wear and return assigned gear as needed by position. No volunteer will change positions without notifying the area lead.

PLEASE READ
As a volunteer I agree to perform as instructed by the area lead or guild/event coordinators. I agree to keep volunteer services informed of changes regarding availability and special requirements that I may need.

Parental Permission is required for volunteers under 16 years of age.
